Inn at the Colonnade: Special room rate
The closest housing to the conference site is On-campus housing which will be available in the Charles Commons and Wolman residence halls. Both sites are located less than a 5 minute walk from the campus and the main conference events.
Charles Commons suites consist of two single bedrooms sharing a kitchenette and full bathroom or four single bedrooms sharing a kitchenette (cooking utensils not provided) and two full bathrooms. The rooms in Wolman are either single or double occupancy with full bathroom and kitchenettes. All suites are air conditioned with Ethernet access (cords not provided). Wireless internet is also available in both buildings using a university guestnet account. Both facilities are equipped with a workout room, computer lab, washer/dryers, and comfortable TV lounges.
Charles Commons On-Campus Housing
The early registration rate for the nights of June 10 - 12 is $ 171/person for single rooms (Charles Commons or Wolman) or $ 147/person for double occupancy (Wolman only). Rooms can also be booked for the night of June 9 or June 13 at a rate of $57/night (single rooms) or $49/night (double in Wolman only). The deadline for housing registration is June 1.
A full buffet breakfast meal card for Nolans Dining Facility located in Charles Commons can also be purchased for June 10 – 12 for $26.25.
